Discount Registration Deadline: Tuesday, September 22, 2026

Member Rate: Your email address must be in our member database as an NYSBCA member representative (in good standing) to receive the member rate. Your "Coordinator" of your membership account will be able to "add" you to your Company's membership bundle to receive the member rate. Click here for instructions.

Heart of the Industry Awards | "On-the-Road" and "Off-the-Road" Employee of the Year

• Reichenbach Enterprises established the Heart of the Industry Awards in partnership with NYSBCA to recognize outstanding employees of member companies who have served the school transportation industry with distinction. Honorees exemplify exceptional service both on the job and in their communities, enhancing the quality of life across New York State. This award highlights the vital contributions of both “on-the-road” and “off-the-road” employees —acknowledging that both are essential to successful operations. One award will be presented in each category. Each recipient will receive a Heart of the Industry plaque, a complimentary guest dinner ticket, and one night’s hotel stay, courtesy of Reichenbach Enterprises. The winner’s employer will coordinate any additional travel arrangements.
  
  

NYSBCA's Distinguished Service Award

• Each year, NYSBCA honors one or more members, state agency partners or employees, and elected officials with the Distinguished Service Award in recognition of their significant and lasting contributions to the school bus transportation industry. Award recipients will be celebrated at the awards dinner and presented with a commemorative plaque.
  
  

NYSBCA's Contractor of the Year Award

• The Contractor of the Year Award is the association’s highest honor, recognizing a contractor with an outstanding safety and performance record, exceptional maintenance and training programs, and strong leadership in the school transportation industry. The recipient is also deeply engaged in their local community. The award winner receives the Roger Weeks Scholarship Award, which includes a $500 scholarship awarded to the school district of their choice. The honoree will be recognized at the awards dinner and presented with a commemorative plaque.

NYSBCA offers a “Supplier Showcase” on Friday, October 23 to provide an opportunity for our Supplier members to connect in person with our school bus contractor members and industry colleagues to create new business relationships and strengthen existing ones.

The “Supplier Showcase” is an informal networking opportunity in a ballroom setting that includes 6' display tables. You are welcome to set up your table with your promotional materials and a tabletop display. Depending on the meeting room space for our general sessions, supplier “display tables” will be placed inside the meeting room or in the pre-function space near the NYSBCA registration area. Please review the Supplier Showcase Guide, which provides all pertinent details on setup, breakdown, table assignments, shipping instructions, and AV orders.

To participate in the “Supplier Showcase,” you must be a member at the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Lithium-ion level. Basic-level members can upgrade their membership to participate. Email NYSBCA to upgrade your membership if you are at the "Basic" level and would like to participate.

All supplier representatives attending the Annual Convention must also register as attendees. Complimentary attendee registrations are based on your supplier membership level. Additional representatives must be registered and paid for separately. If you hit your complimentary tickets, then you can select the "Early Bird Member Registration" option if you register before September 22. After September 22, you will select the "Member Registration" option.

Supplier members must log in to access their complimentary attendee registrations, which are based on their supplier membership level. If you are unsure of your supplier level, please email NYSBCA.

• Bronze Supplier Members receive (1) complimentary attendee registration.

• Silver Supplier Members receive (3) complimentary attendee registrations.

• Gold Supplier Members receive (4) complimentary attendee registrations.

• Platinum Supplier Members receive (5) complimentary attendee registrations.

• Lithium-ion Supplier Members receive (6) complimentary attendee registrations.

Attention Supplier Members: If the system allows additional complimentary registrations outside your membership package, you will be invoiced for complimentary attendee registrations that should be paid registrations. You cannot gift your complimentary registrations. Complimentary attendee registrations are only eligible for representatives within your company who have been added under your membership bundle in our system. Registrations will be monitored and canceled if they do not follow our terms.

The speed networking event aims to allow Suppliers to connect one-on-one with (3) Contractors to give your elevator pitch in 11 minutes to open the door and build a connection for further discussions. This is a fast-paced networking event. The Supplier's responsibility is to be prepared beforehand on how you want to maximize your time for each one-on-one session. This opportunity is for supplier members participating in the Supplier Showcase only. When you register for the  Supplier Showcase, select “Yes” on your Supplier Showcase registration to participate. No late or on-site registrations will be accepted. If you registered but forgot to select “Yes,” email NYSBCA no later than October 2.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after October 2 are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for your donation to support NYSBCA. Refunds will not be available for no-shows. If you cannot attend, you may send an alternate without an additional charge. Email NYSBCA your replacement contact information no later than October 9. Cancellations received in writing by October 2 will incur a $25.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from your registration fee. There is NO refund for Supplier membership dues if you sign up for the Supplier Showcase and are unable to attend.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NYSBCA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to NYSBCA's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant's or NYSBCA's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events or activities. Unless you inform NYSBCA that you object, permission is assumed.

Consent to Share Hotel Reservation Information

I authorize NYSBCA to obtain my hotel reservation details, including my name, check-in/check-out dates, and room confirmation number, from the hotel for event coordination purposes. I understand that this information will be used solely to manage event logistics.
