As a benefit to our members, we invite you to submit an article that provides valuable insight or newsworthy information. Please ensure your submission is informational rather than promotional, offering useful and relevant content to our readers. Deadlines & Publication Dates While these timelines typically remain consistent each year, slight adjustments may occur due to holidays or late-breaking news. SPRING | MARCH ISSUE

Advertising
Advertising benefits align with your membership term, which follows the calendar year (January–December) or begins at the time you join. If you join or upgrade mid-year, ad credits or free ad size increases are not applied retroactively for missed issues. If you renew on January 1, your advertising benefit continues, and the same ad will run in each issue unless a new ad is submitted by the stated deadline. No discounts or ad size increases are provided for missed issues or for ads not submitted. Members are responsible for submitting ads by the deadline; NYSBCA does not send reminders. For Bronze-level members, if no ad is submitted, NYSBCA may use your logo with a link to your website. You may submit a replacement ad at any time. Creation of an ad by NYSBCA is not guaranteed.
