NYSBCA MEMBERS | Log in to Receive the Member Rate

1. Click the "Register" button.
   
   
2. Enter your email address, click the "Next" button.

• If you can select the "Member Registration" rate - you are a member. Continue with completing the registration form.
  
  
• If you see a note with a button "Apply for Membership" - your email is NOT in our system as a member.
  
  
• If you are a member, send an email to NYSBCA to check what email we have listed or contact your "Coordinator" of your account to add you to your company's membership bundle.

Each company has a designated "Coordinator" in our system that was set up at the time of becoming a member. Only the "Coordinator" can "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" employees to our system. If you are unsure who the "Coordinator" is, send an email to NYSBCA.

The "Coordinator" can log in to their profile and follow the instructions below to "ADD" or "ARCHIVE" employees.

• Enter your "Coordinator" email and password. Click the forgot password link.
• Click the ICON IMAGE ABOVE the Login text in the upper right corner of the menu bar.
• Click "View Profile".
• Under "My Profile," go to the "Bundle Summary" section.
• Click the "ADD MEMBER" button. Complete the membership form to add your employee.
• Click "Save".
• Click the "ARCHIVE" button to remove an employee. Click "Save".
