Annual Convention Virtual Trade Show (10/14-15th)

This year, NYSBCA is offering its first, ever, Virtual Trade Show. This event will be open October 14-15, 2020 during certain times of the day. Your booth can be a stand alone (which would include company information), or you can include the interactive part with Zoom Rooms, which will allow you to have participants "step into your booth" and allow for face-to-face discussions or a live demo of your product.

To particiapte in the Zoom Room discussion, you will need to have your own Zoom account ( if you do not already have one. When you download the ZOOM, choose the “Free” account for now so you can get used to the software.  Before the convention, we’ll have you upgrade to the "Pro version" (just for a month which will cost $14.99).  This will allow your booth to remain open continuously, rather than the 40-minute limit the Free version offers. I will help you with this, and then you will set up a meeting for October 14th. 9:00am - 2:00pm (before/during/after workshop sessions), then again from 4:45pm - 5:45pm (before/during/after Happy Hour) and October 15th, 9:00am - 2:30pm (before/during/after workshop sessions).

We will offer the Virtual Trade Show as a stand-alone and open for anyone to attend (not just convention registrants) for free. So, you can invite people to your booth even if they are not part of NYSBCA. Consider this a benefit of your exhibiting! We will share the link with you, which you can then share with your customers or soon-to-be customers. We are hoping this will draw a larger audience and gather more participation for you.

Exhibitor booth fees are per company and include both days of the Annual Convention. Having an exhibit booth does not include Convention Registration, unless it is part of your sponsorship package. Individual registration can be found on the Annual Convention landing page.

Virtual Booth pricing is:

  • Member fee for booth, $400
  • Yet-to-be-a-Member fee for booth, $600
