Heart of the Industry Awards
Reichenbach Enterprises created this program on behalf of NYSBCA to honor exceptional employees of our members who have served our industry with distinction. Awards are presented to individuals who epitomize quality of service in and outside the school transportation industry. These employees add to the quality of life in New York State by giving more than is expected from them to work and community. Our Association is aware that it is the mix of both "on the road and off-road employees" who make our school transportation operations successful. This award recognizes the extraordinary importance of both categories of the employee. Winners and a guest of their choice will join us for our awards dinner, receive lodging for the evening and breakfast the following morning. The Employer will assist with additional travel arrangements for award winners. Each winner will receive a Heart of the Industry plaque, and $100 will be donated in the winner’s name to the charity of his or her choice – all sponsored by Reichenbach Enterprises. Only one award will be presented in each category.
